« Investing in Education means sowing in a value with infinite interests »
Since 2010, the CEFOKA association has been dedicated to training young Angolans in the craft, engineering and construction sectors. Despite the sudden temporary closure of its premises due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the young people trained remain a dynamic professional force, stimulating Angola’s ongoing development.

Together, let's breathe new life into the Vocational Training Centre
Dr Rodolphe and Anny Brechet in Kapupa, Angola
Founded in 2010, this training center has successfully trained hundreds of young students right up to the global health crisis (covid-19) in 2020. Officially recognized by the MAPTESS (Ministry of Employment and Social Security), it offers quality training in fields essential to the region, such as carpentry, agriculture, mechanics and civil construction.
With your support, a total investment of USD 300,000 will enable the rehabilitation of the center, financing a full academic year for boarding students and trainers, while actively supporting local communities. Our vision is not only to restore an educational facility, but also to rekindle hope and opportunity in this region.
Action: Your direct contribution is a cornerstone for the revival of vocational education in Angola. Join us in shaping the future. Every donation counts. Thank you for supporting CEFOKA and being a driving force for educational change. The entire project team expresses its gratitude.
Thank you for your support!
In collaboration with the Evangelical Synodal Church of Angola – IESA and its representative Reverend Dinis Eurico, Jembas Assistência Técnica Ltda, also known as JAT, led by Etienne Brechet as CEO and Megan Brechet as Executive Director (as pictured above), assumed responsibility in 2009 for building a vocational training center on the site named Kapupa, formerly the IESA health center, left derelict since 1994.
The Centre de Formation Professionnelle R. & A. Brechet was established in honor and memory of the late Dr. Rodolphe Brechet and his wife Anny, whose impact on the history of Angola was manifested through their commitment to Christian communities, the creation of medical institutions such as hospitals, dispensaries and leprosaria, and their dedication to training young Angolans in various fields of development.
